Location: Saint-Laurent, QC (On-site) Status: Direct hire, Permanent position Schedule: 40 hours per week; primarily daytime, with a requirement of 1-2 evenings per week and one weekend out of every two.

Responsibilities
As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the seamless movement of products and the development of a department comprising 101–140 co-workers. Your core duties include:
Operational Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of fulfillment, including inflow (trucks to store), outflow (delivery), order pickups, and online order preparation.
Strategic Planning: Oversee logistics planning, transportation, and stock security while identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Team Leadership: Lead a structured team of 4 direct reports, 12 team leaders, and multiple team supports. You will focus on coaching, delegation, and facilitating existing processes.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to security and safety standards, including CNESST procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, support, and logistics teams to implement business-wide improvements.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5–7+ years of management experience.
Industry Background: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or retail sectors. (Please note: Procurement/sourcing backgrounds are generally not considered transferable for this specific operational role).
Language Skills: French fluency is an absolute requirement. Strong English communication skills are also required to collaborate with partners outside of Quebec.
Leadership Style: Strong coaching abilities with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to lead in a unionized environment.
Education: University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
