Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilize Excel to create detailed financial reports, leveraging Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze and summarize data.
• Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions for financial reporting.
• Previous experience with payroll processing is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to commit to a 3-month contract
