key responsibilities
Vos missions :
- Découpe complète : bœuf, porc, veau, volaille.
- Préparations artisanales : Réalisation de rôtis farcis, brochettes et spécialités "maison".
- Mise en rayon : Montage du comptoir traditionnel et du libre-service.
- Conseil client : Accueil, service et partage de vos astuces de cuisson.
- Hygiène : Respect strict des normes de nettoyage et de traçabilité.
qualifications
Votre profil :
- Vous avez une expérience solide en boucherie .
- Vous êtes flexible : prêt à travailler avec des horaires variables.
- Vous appréciez le système de jours de repos tournants.
