key responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and eco-friendly workspace.
- Resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Repair and replace parts to keep machines in peak condition.
- Partner with production to maximize nightly output.
- Log interventions to help improve machine performance.
- Propose technical upgrades to prevent recurring issues.
- Mentor new team members and share your expertise.

qualifications
- Technical degree or solid industrial experience.
- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Skills in electricity, mechanics, and fluid power.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- You speak French or English. You must be willing to learn the basics of Dutch or French (if you are an English speaker) or English or Dutch (if you are a French speaker).
- Ready to work in a fixed night shift.
