key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance to stop breakdowns before they happen.
- Propose and implement technical improvements for better safety and efficiency.
- Log all interventions and technical data into the maintenance management system.
- Work closely with production teams and technical colleagues to solve complex problems.

qualifications
- A technical degree in Electromechanics or equivalent through solid experience.
- Proven experience as a maintenance or breakdown technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and electricity (PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics are a plus).
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently.
- You speak French or English. You must be willing to learn the basics of Dutch or French (if you are an English speaker) or English or Dutch (if you are a French speaker).
- Ready to work in a rotating weekend shift (05:00–17:00 and 17:00–05:00).
- Available for training during the week
