key responsibilities
- Manage the entire EDC budget cycle, including expenses, investments, and workforce requirements.
- Track and report results versus budget, ensuring total accuracy and adherence to targets.
- Enhance and standardize budget planning and reporting processes across Europe.
- Improve cost planning and monitoring as a pillar of effective project management.
- Promote cost responsibility and financial transparency throughout the organization.
qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Commercial Engineering.
- Prior experience in a similar budget or financial control role.
- Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a significant plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker who seeks process improvements.
- Fluent in English and a team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.
