- Lead collaborative workshops and align expectations between business units and IT divisions.
- Assist with designing solutions, executing tests, and verifying requirements within an Agile framework.
- Evaluate workflow discrepancies across multi-regional or distributed system rollouts.
- Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of Business Analysis experience specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in areas such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Capital Markets, Investments, or Digital Banking.
- Methodologies: Practical experience operating within Scrum, Agile, or iterative project delivery frameworks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Core Capabilities: Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams, run workshops, solve complex problems analytically, and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
