Lead the conceptualisation and design of digital user journeys, ensuring all functional and regulatory requirements for mobile applications are met.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to manage the product backlog and prioritise features during agile delivery cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and global teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless implementation of the digital roadmap.
Drive product adoption by gathering user feedback and analysing behavioural data to continuously improve the digital experience.
Develop comprehensive engagement and training materials to support front-office staff and clients during the rollout of new digital capabilities.

skills and experience required

> 7 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis within a financial institution.
Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of digital products, specifically within wealth management or private banking environments.
Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and design thinking, with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across different geographies.
Technical familiarity with digital banking domains such as online trading, portfolio management, and automated notifications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for senior leadership.
