The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be the following:
- Conduct thorough business analysis and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder requirements.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Analyze and map complex business processes within the Cards and Payments ecosystem.
- Support the implementation of transaction processing and settlement solutions.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
experience
3–4 years of proven experience in Business Analysis roles
qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Cards Business, including Cards Acquiring & Issuing.
- ATM Business Processes.
- Strong understanding of transaction clearing systems and core card lifecycle procedures, such as Merchant Onboarding, Dispute Management & Chargebacks.
- Transaction Processing, Clearing, and Settlement.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
