For the role of Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and organizing high-profile corporate events, board meetings, and company retreats.
- Assisting with budget preparation, tracking departmental expenses, and compiling financial data.
- Generating, analyzing, and distributing comprehensive business reports and presentations.
- Providing high-level executive support, including complex calendar management and international travel coordination.
- Liaising effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline business operations.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
