• 2. Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Proactively generate and qualify new leads, deliver compelling proposals, and close new business to meet sales targets.

• 3. Manage Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for a network of local partners, including printing factories, material suppliers, and label manufacturers.

• 4. Lead Negotiations: Spearhead contract and pricing negotiations with both new clients and strategic partners to secure favourable terms.

• 5. Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• 6. Develop Custom Solutions: Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to design and deliver tailored IoT solutions that meet specific client needs.

• 7. Drive Product Innovation: Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing crucial market feedback to influence future product development.

• 8. Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and client database using CRM software.

• 9. Report on Performance: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, market insights, and revenue forecasts to the management team.

• 10. Represent the Company: Act as a key brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions across the region.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries (label, Iot, RFID).
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
