Our partner is a globally recognized international freight forwarding company. The firm places a particular emphasis on providing high-quality services to its clients across sea, road, rail, and air freight. Currently, we are seeking a new colleague to join their team in the position of Sales Manager.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Manage and continuously expand the client portfolio
- Actively scout for new business opportunities in the Hungarian (HU) and Romanian (RO) markets
- Build and develop customer relationships through personal and online meetings
- Handle inquiries, prepare price quotations, and provide follow-up
- Participate in tender processes
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitors
- Gather customer feedback and propose service development improvements
- Support the market launch of the new Debrecen office.
- Actively participate in the formation of the sales strategy
- Meet sales targets and provide regular reporting
- Manage and resolve escalations
- Keep the CRM system up to date
- Prepare regular reports and statements for management
- University or College degree (a degree in Business, Economics, or Logistics is an advantage).
- Proficiency in both Hungarian and Romanian is a plus
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within a B2B environment.
- High level of customer orientation.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Experience gained in the field of freight forwarding or logistics.
- Software Skills: Practical experience using CRM systems.
