Deliver and own cross-sell revenue targets by converting EB members into individual product customers.
Drive proactive outreach campaigns, promotions, and direct engagement to expand product adoption across the portfolio.
Manage all leads generated from EB cross-sell initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
Track and optimise funnel metrics, including lead volume, engagement levels, and closure speed.
Report pipeline performance and revenue outcomes regularly to senior management.
Act as the primary lead for cross-sell activities within direct sales channels, providing scripts and digital assets to the team.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure sales force effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with EB members to identify personal needs and position relevant health and protection products.
Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial EB membership to individual product enrolment.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing cross-selling strategies within financial services.
Deep knowledge of health and protection product portfolios in the Hong Kong market.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and lead management platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience but high potential will be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
