About the role
Our client is a highly successful, family-owned automotive group based in Hobart. They are known for their supportive culture, commitment to career development and financial reward.
Working closely with the dealership's sales team, your role will involve creating tailored finance and insurance packages to maintain the business's reputation for an exceptional customer experience
Key duties will include:
- Structuring competitive finance packages through a broad network of lenders.
- Driving aftermarket sales and maximising finance opportunities.
- Ensuring strict adherence to responsible lending and compliance guidelines.
- Exceeding monthly targets while delivering a premium, seamless customer experience.
You do not necessarily need automotive experience to succeed in this role, but a background in lending, banking or mortgage broking is highly advantageous.
You must have:
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or the willingness to obtain it as a condition of employment).
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
- A strong sales mindset and drive to achieve results.
The Rewards
- Earnings of a $120K+ package (base salary negotiable on experience).
- Industry-leading, uncapped commission structure.
