Who you are
You're looking for an administrative role with plenty of variety. As a Business Support Administrator, you'll join a dynamic work environment. This means you can act quickly and prioritize effectively. You're someone who works well independently, but you also enjoy working as part of a team. Furthermore, you'll be the new colleague who:
- Has excellent communication skills in English with colleagues and clients;
- Has relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Is familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
What will you do
As a Business Support Administrator, you're the first point of contact for customers. One day, you'll be handling customer service, assisting customers by phone and email. The next, you'll focus on a customer or departmental project to improve processes. If operational or system issues arise, you'll report and communicate them to the relevant parties. You'll also ensure appropriate solutions are implemented. Your work ensures that customer questions and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Your most common tasks include:
- Customer management;
- Contact with suppliers regarding transport requests and scheduling;
- Order management;
- Introduction for new products.
Where will you work
You'll start as a Business Support Administrator in an international work environment, working with high-tech products. It's a multicultural company where English is the primary language of communication with customers and colleagues. You'll be part of a team of approximately 18 colleagues. Together, you'll ensure customers are helped and problems are resolved. Working days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is currently scheduled to run until February 2026. If cooperation works well, the contract may be extended.
