Key responsibilities include:
Executive Support: Managing complex diaries for senior management and coordinating high-level meetings.
Financial & Procurement: Raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, and assisting with various procurement tasks.
Data & Reporting: Collating data for analysis and preparing presentations and correspondence.
Compliance: Maintaining accurate records and systems to ensure governance compliance across the branch.
Project Administration: Tracking and following up on business activities to meet strict quality standards
What You Need to Be Successful
Industry Knowledge: Prior Local Government experience is highly desirable.
Systems: Proficiency in SAP / SAP Ariba and Records Manager is highly desirable.
Organisational Skills: Proven ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage structured documentation.
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Requirement: A current Criminal History Check is mandatory.
