Responsibilities
•Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to elicit, define, and develop strategic deliverables for complex initiatives. This involves leading and facilitating business requirements gathering sessions, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment.
•Collaborate closely with your team to elicit, define, and prioritize requirements in Agile backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
•Engage in iterative and incremental development cycles, actively participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
•Apply Agile principles and practices to support the bridge between business operations and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.
•Apply Agile techniques, such as user story mapping, personas, and story point estimation, to facilitate effective requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization.
•Provide expert technical guidance within your domain to address and anticipate business implications resulting from organizational changes and technological advancements.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
•Develop and present comprehensive recommendations and options to address and resolve complex business challenges, leveraging your expertise and industry best practices.
•Lead the identification and mitigation of risks, create and manage application risk assessments, and conduct risk-based testing activities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes, contribute to user documentation, provide training, and support application rollout. Actively engage with users to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization of new or enhanced applications.
•Partner with users, peers, external vendors, and leadership teams to plan, develop, implement, and support transformative applications and systems.
•Review high-level designs, test strategies, and test plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and overall requirements.
•Drive process improvements by collaborating with business partners, external vendors, coworkers, and leadership teams, leveraging your expertise and industry insights.
•Effectively triage business requests, gathering estimates for new work, and facilitating regular huddles to track, prioritize, and allocate resources efficiently.
•Identify critical gaps, documenting comprehensive proposals, and presenting effective strategies to manage complex interdependencies.
•Employ appropriate approaches, questioning techniques, and active listening to elicit information, clarify expectations, challenge assumptions, and recommend innovative alternatives to overcome challenges.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of IT practice experience on the Archer platform
•Must have the ability to communicate on this (Archer) subject matter intelligibly with all levels including senior (AVP) business and IT partners
•Ability to see the big picture, identifying risks and opportunities across the Archer domain
•Strong collaborator with a proven record of success working in a team environment
•Customer and results focused: ability to work with clients to understand and act based on their needs, assess risks, and achieve a valued result
•Experience in Agile ways of working and a strong drive to learn and adapt to emerging methodologies and practices.
•Adaptable: maintains effectiveness while managing competing demands, dealing with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
•Judgment: Uses sound and accurate judgment, makes timely decisions, and readily communicates the reasons behind them.
•Strong communication skills: able to understand and accurately interpret the meaning, purpose and importance of verbal and written messages.

•Deliverables: proven ability to produce project documentation including - but not limited to: business, functional/non-functional, and user requirement documents, process and data maps, use cases, traceability matrices, report specifications, implementation and test plans
•Innovative: looks for new, sometimes unconventional approaches to successful delivery
•Teamwork: Enables and inspires others, assists members of the project team to meet common goals and timelines, works closely with and supports the Project Manager to deliver on time and on budget
•Facilitation: ability to guide and keep a group on track, recognize issues that need to be dealt with, and ensure everyone is heard, guide the group through collaborative decision-making to achieve team goals
•BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar roles, demonstrating increased responsibilities and leadership.
•Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.
•Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, leveraging Agile frameworks to pivot and deliver value iteratively.
•Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
•In-depth knowledge of systems integration management methodologies, processes, and techniques.
