We are seeking a motivated Temporary Candidate Resourcer to play a crucial support role within our successful Education division, based in Woodingdean. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, offering a 3-month contract with a genuine possibility of extension and a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Candidate Resourcer, you will be the engine that drives our recruitment process, ensuring our Education Consultants have access to the best talent across the South Hub.
Talent Identification: Actively find, source, and identify suitable candidates (teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, etc.) for temporary and permanent roles within schools.
Consultant Support: Work closely with our Education Consultants to understand their specific vacancy needs and candidate profiles.
Candidate Engagement: Provide excellent customer service throughout the candidate journey, building positive relationships with prospective employees.
Compliance & Clearance: Manage the initial stages of the compliance process, ensuring all necessary documentation and checks are completed to clear candidates for work efficiently and accurately.

Pay and Hours
You will be paid £13 per hour.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
Your working pattern will be either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, depending on the daily operational needs of the branch.
