We are seeking a talented Capability Officer for a 6-month assignment based in Brisbane to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of project management capability. In this dynamic role, you will help uplift project management practices by coordinating capability programs, developing digital learning solutions, managing LMS activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various business groups.
What You Will Do:

• Coordinate project management capability development programs and learning compliance activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance eLearning content and digital learning solutions using instructional design principles.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including learner management, reporting, and content deployment.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor learning outcomes, compliance, and capability effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of project management best practices.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support.
• Proven track record designing and developing digital learning solutions using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise).
• Solid background in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training coordination.
• Strong reporting and analytical capability, including experience developing dashboards and learning insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a continuous improvement mindset and experience creating user-friendly learning resources.
