Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for growth? A growing company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage all financial operations and drive our expansion through strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A).In this role, you will be a key member of the executive team, overseeing budgets, financial performance, and reporting. You will also lead initiatives to acquire smaller related companies and ensure successful integration to maximize value.What You'll Do•Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.•Lead the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.•Manage revenue recognition and expense controls.•Drive M&A activities, from identifying targets to integration.•Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.•Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

求められる経験
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a Senior Finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with M&A, including due diligence and integration.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Japanese native-level fluency is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or above.
