Manage projects throughout the entire process from project bidding andexecution, to post-project client service;2. Evaluating client’s requirements and developing a clear understanding;3. Driving brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue & decision treeanalysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights;5. Maintain current clients and build new business connection;6. Support team leaders to productize innovation offering;7. Team / People Management.Qualifications:1. Education required: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred;2. 6-8 years’ solid experience in market research; At least 2 years of experience asa project manager / team leader or any equivalent position;3. FMCG background & experience of focus group moderator are both verynecessary;4. Solid knowledge and strong analysis skills on qualitative research;5. Should be ready to work in a demanding and intellectually stimulatingenvironment;6. Good track record of project and client management;7. Quick learning & Accountability, good data and market sense, strong logicalmindset; Good communication skill; Good team spirit;8. Excellent written and spoken English.
