A strong workbook secured by long-standing partnerships with Victoria’s most prominent land developers, this company views quality delivery and safety as its core pillars of operation and seeking like-minded individuals to join their team.

About the Role: As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multi-stage civil construction projects from $10 - $30 million in construction value. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and directing construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure project progression according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintaining construction schedules and coordinating tasks to meet timelines.
• Monitoring work quality and ensuring compliance with specified standards and codes.
• Conducting inspections and addressing any issues during the construction process.
• Acting as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
• Addressing unexpected challenges and problems promptly to minimise disruptions.
• Maintaining detailed records, daily reports, and progress updates.
