Location: Mauricie Region (Louiseville / Yamachiche sector)
Status: Strategic contract with high potential for permanency
Salary: $42,000 to $58,000 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Pilotage des dossiers : Ouverture, suivi rigoureux et mise à jour des tableaux de bord d'indemnisation.
Coordination SST : Planifier les rencontres de suivi et les enquêtes d'accident de travail.
Soutien technique : Rédiger les mandats d'expertise médicale et préparer les dossiers de révision ou de contestation.
Gestion documentaire : Traiter le courrier, numériser les dossiers et assurer la conformité des formulaires d'assignation temporaire.
Communication : Assurer le lien avec les employés suite à leurs rendez-vous médicaux pour favoriser une gestion proactive des retours au travail.
Qualifications
Education: DEP or DEC in Office Automation, Human Resources, Secretarial Studies (or equivalent professional experience).
Linguistic Excellence: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French.
Language Assets: Knowledge of English and/or Spanish is considered an asset but is not a requirement for the position.
Key Skills: Strong autonomy, the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment, and a high degree of discretion/confidentiality.
Technology: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (advanced skills in Excel and Outlook are essential).
