We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cloud & Edge Developer with a strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and edge computing to help design, build, and scale our next-generation medical imaging applications. These applications support interventional cardiac and vascular procedures on the Philips Azurion image-guided therapy platform.

In this role, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of healthcare by contributing to the development of cloud-native and edge-enabled clinical applications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to enable real-time, secure, and scalable solutions that support clinicians during image-guided therapies (IGT), both in the cloud and at the edge.

- Hold a MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have several years of experience in cloud and edge development (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid environments).
- Are highly proficient in Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and DevOps practices.
- Understand secure and compliant architectures for both cloud and edge (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Are a proactive team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
