key responsibilities
Machine Setup: Preparing and calibrating CNC turning and milling centers, ensuring all tools are correctly loaded in the toolbase.
Production Monitoring: Overseeing the automated manufacturing process to ensure every piece meets our strict quality standards.
Programming & Adjustments: Fine-tuning programs and parameters via computer visualization and control panels to guarantee perfect positioning.
Quality Control: Conducting manual and digital inspections of finished parts to detect and report any deviations.
Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance on your CNC equipment to keep the production line running smoothly and efficiently.

qualifications
Education & Experience: A technical degree (TSO/BSO) in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Wood/Metal Technology, or equivalent experience in computerized machining.
Analytical Skills: The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 2D/3D plans with high accuracy.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the production team.
Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to troubleshoot minor technical glitches and optimize CNC processes.
Technical Requirements: Proficiency in operating automated milling or turning machines and a basic understanding of programming (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, or wood-specific software).
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 2-shift system or day shifts (as per specific team needs).
