key responsibilities
- Operate one or more CNC lathes
- Convert machines in line with work assignments
- Perform maintenance on the machines
- Conduct quality checks using technical drawings and measuring tools such as calipers
- Register and document production data accurately
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the workspace
qualifications
- Technical background with eagerness to learn
- Experience with CNC machines is essential
- Preferably previous experience as a CNC machine operator
- Forklift and overhead crane certification are considered an asset
- Good knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn
- Problem-solving mindset with a flexible and hands-on attitude
- Team player with strong attention to detail and quality
