You work neatly and maintain a good overview of your tasks. Also:

You have previous experience working in a production environment.
As a Coating Operator, you take responsibility for the process and the final quality.
You are able to work well both independently and in a team.
You speak English or Dutch.
You are physically fit and able to perform heavy work.

what will you do

As a Coating Operator, you are part of a very diverse team. You will work on impressive projects such as Hong Kong International Airport or the UPS World Gateways in Veghel. Every piece must look perfect! You ensure that every product becomes a masterpiece for our international customers. Thanks to specialized spraying techniques, you provide the products with a "new jacket." This coating acts as a protective layer, making the products resistant to various influences.

You assemble and disassemble spraying equipment for color changes according to customer wishes.
You check the coating thickness yourself and always work with extreme accuracy.
You operate and monitor various powder coating processes.
You manually spray products when necessary to ensure a perfect finish.
You hang products on the line and remove them in the correct order.

Vanderlande is a global leader in logistic process automation. In the factory in Veghel, about 165 colleagues work in different specialties, such as welding, machining, assembly, and coating. The atmosphere is open and down-to-earth: working hard together to achieve great results. In the coating department, you will work with 16 colleagues of different ages and backgrounds. As a Coating Operator, you will be part of a supportive team. Together, you always go the extra mile to get the job done.
