Our client delivers premier commercial electrical solutions across major construction projects and managed assets. Specialising in industrial, strata, commercial, education, and healthcare facilities throughout Sydney, their operation is built on strong leadership and disciplined project delivery. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to step into a Leading Hand role.

This position is tailored for a trade professional who truly enjoys being hands-on on the tools every day while successfully running a team on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working on the tools daily while leading and supervising a crew of 5–7 electrical tradespeople and apprentices
Managing day-to-day installation, maintenance, and defect rectification across power, lighting, and communications
Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and quality control on all active projects
Maintaining daily site communication with project managers and client representatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with proven success leading teams of 5–7 staff
Licensing: Valid NSW Electrical Licence and current Drivers Licence
Checks: Must be able to pass a National Police Check (NPC) and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Mindset: Someone who naturally leads by example
