Lead and execute Lean improvement projects focused on enhancing the operational efficiency and processes of the Asia-Pacific Commercial Team.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify and resolve bottlenecks and waste within commercial processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive the implementation and execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives.
Design, monitor, and report on key commercial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Provide professional recommendations on commercial process optimization strategies and implementation progress to the Asia-Pacific senior management team.
