key responsibilities
- Je beantwoordt alle vragen van klanten en leveranciers over bestellingen, leveringen en product informatie via telefoon en e-mail
- Je staat in voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van orders en de coördinatie van leveringen in samenwerking met transporteurs, planning en het magazijn
- Je anticipeert op vragen en zoekt actief naar oplossingen bij eventuele problemen of vertragingen
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en klantopvolging in nauw overleg met de Sales en planning afdeling

Medior
qualifications
- Je hebt een hoger diploma (Bachelor of Master)
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis Nederlands en Frans
- Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch en in staat om autonoom te werken
- Je bent sterk klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en beschikt over heldere communicatievaardigheden

- Bachelors or equivalent
