- Echte connecties & verkoopkansen: Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord. Je helpt ze niet alleen vlot met hun dagelijkse bankzaken, maar draait elk gesprek om naar een commerciële kans.
- Proactief & resultaatgericht advies: Je analyseert behoeften, denkt drie stappen vooruit en adviseert de juiste bankproducten en -diensten op maat.
- Vertrouwen omzetten in loyaliteit: Je bent een betrouwbare partner die klanttevredenheid én commercieel resultaat naadloos weet te combineren.
- Samen doelen behalen: Samen met je team ga je voor topresultaten en til je de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau.

Junior
qualifications
- Diploma: Je hebt een Bachelor of Master op zak. (must)
- Commerciële reflex: Vlot en krachtig in het Nederlands en zet elk gesprek moeiteloos om in een passend advies of product.
- Mensenmens: Je bent empathisch, integer met klantgegevens en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Flexibel: Je bent stressbestendig en bereid om in wisselende shiften (tussen 07u & 22u) te werken.
