The global Communications team helps ASML engage with key audiences to build understanding, adapt, and protect our reputation. Within the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team, we are seeking a Communications Project Leader. This role is designed as a landing position (approx. 2 years) to drive cross-functional projects while transitioning into a content-focused communications role over the coming years, fully supported by training and senior mentorship.
Your Impact in This Role
In this position, you combine project delivery with communications development, working on 3–6 month initiatives alongside multi-disciplinary teams:
- Project management & planning: You own project plans, establish governance, and manage resources (typically 1–3 FTE, including external suppliers) to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
- Requirements & improvement: You analyze business needs, elicit project requirements, and drive process improvements across Strategy, Insights, Operations, and Governance.
- Stakeholder management: You build strong relationships with internal customers, regional communications colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Risk & benefit realization: You evaluate project risks, solve logistical or process issues, and track post-implementation business benefits.
- Team leadership & development: You direct small project teams, structure meeting rhythms, and mentor team members while receiving guidance to build your own comms expertise.
