JOB DESCRIPTION
* draft, prepare and review of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars, etc.
* handling the full spectrum of company secretarial responsibilities for the Listed Company and its private subsidiaries
* organising board meetings and drafting of minutes
* handling ad hoc responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of company secretarial experience (preferably with listed companies)
* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Fluent in Mandarin and English
