We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation in the gloves industry to hire an experienced Compounding Manager to oversee latex and chemical compounding operations, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and compliance across production.

about the job

• Plan and manage latex and chemical compounding to support daily production requirements
• Oversee raw material ordering, inventory control, and chemical storage compliance
• Ensure correct formulation, batching calculations, and recipe entry for compounding processes
• Liaise closely with Production, Factory Management, Lab, and Wastewater Treatment teams
• Review lab test results and approve compounds prior to production usage
• Manage post-compounding activities including tank transfers and cleaning readiness
• Ensure compounding equipment calibration and accuracy
• Drive GMP, 5S, SOP, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians within the compounding team
• Monitor team KPIs, workforce compliance, and operational performance
