Start Date: June 2026
Duration: 12 months (Initial contract with a high probability of extension)
Workplace: Visp, Switzerland
Workload: 100%
Remote/Home Office: 100% Onsite presence required
Site Leadership: Manage and steer construction sites during the build and installation phases, ensuring all activities align with blueprints, standards, and project requirements.
Project Oversight: Monitor costs, scheduling, and quality throughout the entire construction lifecycle.
Safety Coordination: Assume total responsibility for site safety coordination. Request, review, and approve all Safety and Assembly Concepts (SiMoKos) in collaboration with safety specialists.
Inspection & Compliance: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to verify the effectiveness and adherence to strict safety protocols.
Procurement Support: Actively support the procurement process by ensuring site-specific safety aspects are integrated into bills of quantities and scopes of work.
Tendering & Awards: Assist in submissions, evaluations, and the awarding of contracts in close collaboration with the Technical Purchasing department.
Project Completion: Organize and execute final construction inspections, ensuring all deficiencies are documented and remediated on schedule.
Project Management: Plan and implement smaller investment or maintenance projects within the civil engineering and construction discipline.
Education: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Multiple years of proven experience in the construction management of complex infrastructure projects.
Professional experience within the Pharmaceutical or Food industry is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in overseeing safety protocols and managing technical documentation within a high-stakes industrial environment.
Soft Skills: High sense of responsibility, assertive personality, and excellent organizational skills.
Languages: German: Mandatory (Level C1 or higher), English: Required (Level B1 or higher).
