key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Construction Quality Engineer:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with project specifications and industry standards
- Perform inspections on materials and construction activities to ensure compliance
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions
- Prepare quality documentation and inspection reports
- Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Support audits and ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality systems
experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction quality control or assurance
skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and regulations
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (experience with quality management software is a plus)
