As the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you lead the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) hair removal portfolio—a premium, world-leading business segment for Philips. You are the driving force behind the life cycle management of our most iconic personal care products. This is a high-impact, temporary assignment for six months, where you join a professional community dedicated to Pushing Horizons.
In this senior role, you manage the IPL portfolio end-to-end. You steer the integral Mid-life update (MLU) process, taking initial ideas through product development to successful market introduction. You maximize the performance of existing products through commercial innovation while phasing out underperforming ones to optimize business results.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading portfolio optimization, campaign management, and global market expansion;
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and technology to identify new business opportunities;
- Managing 'Ratings & Reviews' (R&R) to continuously improve product quality in collaboration with the innovation team;
- Interacting with diverse disciplines, from internal design agencies and manufacturing units to international sales organizations;
- Supporting and guiding a team of Consumer Marketing Managers to achieve collective goals.
