As their portfolio expands, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their skilled team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a legacy of quality and innovation while developing your career with an industry leader.

The Role

• A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of commercial projects covering sectors such as Aged Care, Industrial, resedential, commercial and education
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting
• Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 5+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Cheops or Jobpac experience preferred or an ability to pickup software quickly
