As a Contract Management Specialist, you'll be the backbone of the project agreements, ensuring all contracts are managed effectively from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various contracts, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), and PPA (Power Purchase Agreements).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, analyze, and manage contractual risks and liabilities to protect company interests.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with external partners, suppliers, and internal legal/project teams.
- Change Control: Manage the contractual change order process, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims efficiently and favorably.
