key responsibilities
- Vous traduisez les calculs en plans de pose précis et clairs.
- Vous assemblez le puzzle du planning de production en tenant compte des types d'armatures et des délais stricts.
- Vous êtes en contact quotidien avec vos collègues de l'atelier et vous êtez beaucoup sur le terrain !
- Vous organisez l'accompagnement du transport et restez l'interlocuteur direct du client. Le service avec le sourire !
- Vous voyez une opportunité d'optimisation ? Votre regard neuf sur nos processus est vivement apprécié.
- Vous gérez une équipe de 15 personnes en production
qualifications
- Formation : Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master (ou équivalent par l'expérience).
- Expérience : Vous avez déjà quelques kilomètres au compteur ? Top ! Vous êtes un jeune diplômé ambitieux avec une grande soif d'apprendre ? Votre profil nous intéresse aussi.
- Technicité : Lire des plans est pour vous une seconde nature.
- Langues : Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais. Comme notre environnement de production est diversifié, vous savez également vous exprimer en français.
- Soft Skills : Vous travaillez de manière structurée, vous communiquez aisément et vous gardez votre sang-froid même quand le planning devient un défi.
