Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and right hand to the Branch Director.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups on priority files.
Liaise between different departments and external partners.
Prepare, draft, and update administrative documents and performance reports.
Optimize administrative processes to increase branch efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience: Solid experience in administrative coordination or supporting senior management.
Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Dynamics) is an asset.
Key Assets: Great sense of discretion, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is a major asset for coordination.
