As an administrative and operational pillar, you will ensure process excellence and logistical support for the team.

• Event Management & Logistics:
• Organize and coordinate meetings (internal and external), congresses, and events from A to Z, including logistics, invitations, and travel/hotel bookings.
• Handle contracts, shipments, and document archiving.
• Compliance and Administrative Processes:
• Ensure the execution and follow-up of internal processes (ANFs, Smart Simple, ORBIT) inlose collaboration with the team and the local Compliance Officer.
• Ensure external compliance (rules, regulations), particularly for handling grants and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure efficient and compliant financial handling.
• Team Support and Coordination:
• Provide daily administrative support to the entire local team (account managers, business unit leads, etc.).
• Update collaboration sites and ensure various office management tasks (incoming mail, etc.).

You are a structured and service-minded professional who excels in coordination and administrative management.

🌟 Imperatives (Must-Have)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, with significant experience in coordination or administrative roles.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Aptitudes: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. Structured and able to prioritize.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated sector.
