Responsibilities
- Coordinate all financial consolidation activities for international entities, including the preparation, analysis, and presentation of consolidated financial statements.
- Work closely with regional finance teams, accounting teams, and corporate financial management to support the standardization of practices and the integrity of financial processes.
- Support the rapid and seamless integration of acquired companies: standardization of accounting practices, alignment of processes, implementation of required controls.
- Contribute to the modernization of technological tools: ERP, consolidation systems, automation solutions, and BI tools.
- Actively participate in the corporate budgeting process, including coordination with regional finance and accounting teams, analysis of forecasts, validation of assumptions, and preparation of reports for management.
- Implement or strengthen internal controls in a context of growth and international integration.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
- 5 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a multinational environment or a high-growth company is a considerable asset.
- Experience managing a team of professionals.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, or equivalent) and reporting/BI tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Ability to work in a complex environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various financial and accounting teams.
