Execute corporate finance initiatives, including M&A, joint ventures, and capital transactions.
Conduct due diligence and valuation analyses to support investment and collaboration opportunities.
Develop financial models and scenario assessments for management decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to manage transaction workflows.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for corporate projects.
Provide market insights and analytical reports on industry trends and capital allocation.
Support listing rule compliance and the preparation of regulatory disclosures.
Assist with investor relations activities and stakeholder communication.

Degree in Finance or Accounting; Qualified Accountant (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent).
Experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or consulting is preferred.
Proficient in financial modelling and presentation tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
