This is a long-term contract assignment providing coverage for a maternity leave.
The position is available for an immediate start date following the completion of the hiring process.
The hourly pay rate is set at $26.67 and is paid on a weekly basis.
There are two standard business shift options available: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
This role requires a full-time commitment of 5 days per week in the office located in Burlington, Ontario.
Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume credit inbox by triaging correspondence and prioritizing documentation for departmental review.
Collect and organize customer information to build complete, properly formatted administrative files for credit applications.
Perform regular audits of application files and customer records to identify and resolve clerical errors or missing information.
Act as a professional liaison between internal departments and external partners to provide updates on application status.
Assist in maintaining and updating office documentation procedures to ensure long-term clerical accuracy and efficiency.
Facilitate the smooth flow of daily operations by responding to administrative inquiries from various stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong aptitude for office organization and a meticulous attention to detail regarding paperwork and digital filing.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn proprietary databases quickly.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required for professional internal and external collaboration.
A functional understanding of basic financial concepts is considered an asset for effectively interpreting and managing daily administrative records.
Practical experience in fast-paced administrative roles requiring the ability to manage independent workloads and deadlines.
Availability to work on-site in Burlington and a willingness to commit to the full duration of the contract assignment.
