At FrieslandCampina Professional, a world-class leader in high-value dairy and plant-based solutions, you will lead a Customer Care team of 14 professionals. The department is currently in a challenging reorganization phase, with processes being phased to Budapest. In this interim role, you will ensure the operational Order-to-Cash processes run flawlessly while acting as a people manager to motivate the team through this transition.
Your mission is twofold: securing daily operations and simultaneously driving strategic projects such as the Global Order-to-Cash re-design and automation using SAP S/4HANA. You act as the logistical voice of the customer within commercial teams and ensure a proactive improvement culture. Whether it concerns complex complaint management, monitoring KPI dashboards, or coordinating allocation processes; you maintain the overview and ensure stability within the team.
