In this pivotal leadership position, you will head a dedicated team of 3 to 4 Customer Support and Internal Sales specialists. Your primary focus will be managing the day-to-day workflow of incoming customer enquiries, driving the quotation process, and ensuring your team successfully closes transaction opportunities.
Reporting directly to the CEO and managing director, you will bridge the gap between customer service excellence and sales performance, ensuring the team hits their monthly/annual sales targets while maintaining target gross profit margins.
