As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the face and voice of our organisation, helping community members navigate services and finding solutions to their enquiries.
This fast-paced role requires excellent multitasking skills as you manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face service counters.
