Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional administrative and customer support to both internal and external stakeholders on every transaction.
Utilize Service Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately complete daily operational tasks.
Maintain clean, organized workspace standards (5S) and participate in quality/standardization audits.
Actively engage in daily visual management meetings to help track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate effectively through local leadership to provide timely problem resolution.
Perform administrative functions using Microsoft Office applications, CRM tools (Salesforce), and ERP software (Oracle).
Qualifications
Resourceful & Curious: Self-motivated to dig into details, search for answers, and solve problems proactively.
Team-Oriented & Positive: Brings energy, dependability, and a drama-free attitude to the workplace daily.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous approach to administration, data entry, and procedural accuracy.
