Pour renforcer le département de support client, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Customer Support Sales / Logistics!

key responsibilities
1. Ventes (Sales)
- Vous apportez votre soutien à la gestion administrative par des contacts téléphoniques avec les clients et par e-mail.
- Vous êtes responsable des offres, du traitement des commandes et de la facturation dans SAP.
2. Logistique (Logistics)
- Vous soutenez l’équipe achat en effectuant les demandes de prix et les comparaisons de prix.
- Vous passez les commandes, contrôlez les confirmations et assurez le suivi de la livraison.
- Vous contrôlez les listes de stock et effectuez les corrections si nécessaire.

qualifications
🎓 Formation & Expérience
- Vous êtes en possession d'un Baccalauréat (ou équivalent).
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire.
🌐 Langues
- Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL (Français/Néerlandais).
- Une connaissance de base de l'anglais est un atout.
💻 Informatique & Outils
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques modernes.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'Excel.
- La connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre logiciel ERP est un atout.
💡 Aptitudes
- Vous êtes proactif(ve).
- Vous savez gérer les priorités.
